Kilcoyne also plays bass for the Cleveland based band (216), which features other past and present members of Mushroomhead. He also played bass in another Cleveland based metal band called Ritual, though little information is known of the band.
Kilcoyne can be identified in Mushroomhead as wearing a 'Mushroomhead' bandanna on his pig head mask that features the X face for the 2006 album Savior Sorrow.
The name "Pig Benis" is a spoonerism of "Big Penis"; while performing, he wears a pig mask with or without a nose ring, but has been known to sometimes wear a generic Mushroomhead mask with just a headband. In the music video for "Your Soul Is Mine" from the Saw VI soundtrack, he features the pig mask from the Saw movies. But this was the only occurrence of him using this mask, changing back to his previous pig mask for Mushroomhead's most recent album "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children (album)".
